In the previous post we saw brick wine cellars. In this post and the next we see more brick structures. I suppose this is not surprising. If your family owns the local brick works (as the Underhill family did) then I suppose it’s probably cheapest and easiest to build in brick.
According to the Brickcollecting.com the small building to the left of the tractor used to be a one room schoolhouse. The larger building in the background was a boarding house and store. Nowadays they are used as maintenance buildings for the park.
