As you enter Croton Point Park (or in my case as you leave) there’s a small kiosk, where in season they collect fees. My wife was coming to pick us up (Harley and myself) and we’d agreed to meet at the parking area by this kiosk. As is often the case, I was a bit early and as I was waiting I noticed these ceramic tiles in a horizontal row around the kiosk. On closer examination they repeated as they went around. This compilation shows the main tiles used.
I have no idea who made them, but I’m happy that I managed to record them. Maybe one day they’ll tear down the kiosk – perhaps to put in a newer one. If they do then these colorful tiles might disappear forever.
